Polymer Concrete
RELN Polymer concrete pits and channels are the solution to any commercial sized drainage problem. Polymer concrete is lighter than concrete and is four times stronger by weight than traditional concrete pits and channels. It also has a low porosity surface, providing a
smooth, low water absorption surface for less hydraulic friction. The blend of resins provide protection from a large range of alkalies and
acidic fluids.

Installation Instructions Pits
•Excavate a hole 100mm deeper and 200mm wider and longer than overall pit size
•Cut an outlet hole of the correct pipe diameter into the side wall of the pit
•Position the pit on a sand bed or a concrete base for applications with vehicle traffic
•Connect and seal drainage pipework at to the pit
•Backfill and compact around the pit
•Pour a concrete collar around the top of the pit for vehicular applications 200mm wide x 200mm deep
