Bradford Thermoseal Wall Breather is a medium duty polyweave building wall wrap designed for use in exterior brick veneer or lightweight clad walls* (recommended battened). Wall Breather is manufactured with tiny holes to allow air exchange between each side of the membrane and provides an inward facing reflective air-gap R-Value. This product is recommended for use in warmer or coastal climate applications where the risk of condensation formation is low. Wall Breather allows air transfer and is ‘unclassified’ as a water barrier – please refer to cladding material manufacturers recommendations prior to use under lightweight cladding materials.
