Wesbeam is Australia’s only LVL manufacturer and distributor with a world class factory in Perth. Laminated veneer lumber – LVL – is an engineered wood product that’s lighter, stronger and straighter than traditional sawn timber.

Wesbeam e-frame [wall] M10 has been developed to achieve characteristic design properties equal to or greater than MGP10 sawn pine. Being a manufactured and engineered wood product, it has greater performance reliability, uniformity of engineering properties and is available in longer lengths.

e-frame [wall] M10 has a joint group rating of JD4 which is superior to MGP10 sawn pine, which has a joint group rating of JD5 or JD6. The JD4 rating of e-frame [wall] M10 means that it has a higher nail, screw and bolt capacity than JD5 or JD6 timber.

This product can be used in all residential wall framing applications including studs, plates and noggins.

Made by the only manufacturer of LVL in Australia, e-frame [wall] M10 is e2S treated (to guard against termites). Approved secondary treatment facilities can also treat Wesbeam e-frame [wall] M10 to a H2 LOSP level for use in covered applications North of the Tropic of Capricorn and H3 level for exposed above ground applications (to guard against termites and decay).
