Order Processing
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an Order Confirmation Email immediately. We aim to process all orders within 0–3 business days (typically within 24 hours). A shipping notification with tracking details will be sent once your order has been dispatched.
Missed Delivery
If a scheduled delivery is missed because no one is present at the delivery address, an additional re-delivery fee may apply. Please ensure you or an authorised representative is available at the time of delivery. Any extra charges will be communicated and agreed upon before a second delivery attempt is made.
Additional Delivery Charges
Additional fees may apply in the following circumstances:
- Stairs or Elevator Delivery: If the delivery location requires stair access or is not directly elevator-accessible, additional labour and time costs will apply.
- Difficult Access Locations: Locations that are particularly hard to reach or require more than one person to deliver safely will incur extra charges.
These charges are assessed on a case-by-case basis and will be billed separately in a supplementary invoice.
Click & Collect
Once your order is ready for collection, we’ll send you an email with your Booking Number and collection details. We aim to have your order ready as soon as possible after it is received.
Remote & Regional Areas
Some remote areas are outside standard door-to-door courier coverage. In these cases, your order will be delivered to a local depot or Australia Post office, and you’ll be notified to collect it from there.
Delivery Delays
Delivery timeframes are estimates from the date of dispatch and are counted in Business Days only. Factors such as public holidays, peak periods (Christmas, sales events), or high order volumes may cause delays outside our control. We appreciate your patience and always aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
Out of Stock Items
If an item you ordered goes out of stock after your order is placed, we will contact you via email with the following options:
- Partial Dispatch: Remove the out-of-stock item and dispatch available items immediately.
- Cancel the Order: Full order cancelled for an immediate store credit or money refund.
- Wait for Restock: Hold the order until the item is back in stock.

Eligible Returns
You may return a product if it is:
- Faulty or defective
- Damaged upon arrival
- Missing parts or components
- Incorrectly sent (wrong item delivered)
- No longer required, does not fit, or is unsuitable (change of mind)
All returned products must be in resalable condition with original packaging intact. Please include your proof of purchase with your return.

Unused & Resalable Products
Return within 365 days of purchase for a full refund — provided the product is uninstalled, in original packaging, with no damage or writing on packaging.
Installed Products (Good Condition, All Parts Present)

Non-Returnable Items
⚠️ Custom & Special Orders are NOT returnable and CANNOT be cancelled once placed, due to the made-to-order processes involved.
This includes but is not limited to:
- Stone tops with custom tap/waste cut-outs
- Custom-made vanities or stone tops
- Custom-made shower screens
- Smart bidet seats
- Custom cut-to-size shower grates
Bulk Orders
For returns where the total amount (including freight) exceeds $5,000, a 15% Restocking Fee will apply. Refunds will be processed after deducting this fee.
